4. Payment Terms

Invoices for services are issued upon the completion of agreed-upon tasks. Payments are due within 15 days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in the suspension of services.

5. Confidentiality

Roemen Bookkeeping maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client financial data. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information and will not disclose your data to third parties without express authorization, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Roemen Bookkeeping shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided in the preceding three-month period.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding balances must be paid in full.
